The Alaska Division of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Administration can revoke your drivers lincense if you are convicted of a DWI.
If you have your license revoked with no prior convictions of DUI/DWI your license will be revoked up to 90 days. In some cases you can be given limited driving priveleges for work.
If you have a prior conviction to DUI then your license will be revoked for one year and there is no limited driving priveleges available.
