Idaho DUI law states that if you refuse to take a a blood alcohol concentration test a police officer can take your license and give you a temporary drivers license for 7 days.

In that time you can request a hearing for your conviction.  If you do not have a hearing in that time period your license will be suspended for 180 days.

First time DUI offenses can have fines up to $1000, probation, and license suspension.
